Greater Palestine

Palestine

The core state of Palestine is all of the West Bank and Gaza. The exact boundaries need to be negotiated, but they are approximately the 1967 borders.

All the Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Gaza - home to 250,000 Israelis - will be allowed to remain.

Israelis living in Palestine will be political citizens of Israel, resident aliens of Greater Palestine. Palestine will share its sovereignty with its neighbors, just as they ask the five surrounding states to share their sovereignty with Palestinians.

250,000 of the four million refugees in the Palestinian diaspora will be chosen to exercise the right of return to land in Israel. These will come primarily from families in West Bank and Gaza refugee camps with strong roots and families in today's Israel.

They will join a million Israeli Arabs, who will be given the option of Palestinian citizenship, and the chance to help build Greater Palestine.
